1. All payments are handled via PayPal only.
2. We do not have any control on payments via OpenCart.com.
3. Products are sold “as-is”.
4. Products are tested on default OpenCart and may not work out-of-the-box in some cases.
5. Some products will need customization in order to work with certain themes and third party software.

Definitions:

The following words listed in quotation marks will have a special meaning in this contract:
 
"products" - modules, themes, templates, email newsletter templates, as well as any other piece of software or design developed by iReptile will be addressed to as products.
"client", "you" - anybody who intends to purchase, purchases or uses our "products", within their limited support guarantee period of 1 year from purchase date.
"web platform" - refers to the ecommerce platform(OpenCart, Magento, PrestaShop) or other CMS, that our "products" run onto.
"our","us","iReptile.nl" - refers to the owner of products and the site.
 

Terms and conditions

Before you purchase, download and use iReptile products for your own purposes, or for your clients' please make sure you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. By using www.ireptile.nl website, we assume you've read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
 
iReptile reserves the right to change the prices and/or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to its clients. 
 
 

1. Payments

All payments are handled via PayPal.

 


2. Warranty

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, except for the stated ones, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of web platforms, unless explicitly stated. iReptile.nl products do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugings, scripts, or applications.
 


3. Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the client for completing the transaction, delivery of the product, information about new product releases, as well as addressing any customer service issues is deemed strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information with anyone.

 

4. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall iReptile be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising from the use of, or the inability to use the products on this site.
We always recommend you make a full backup of your files and database before using a new extension.
 

5. License

By installing our paid products, you are agreeing to use it ONLY with the applicable number of OpenCart installations for which you purchased licenses. No matter the number of licenses purchased, redistribution or re-sale of this extension is NOT allowed. Multiple OpenCart installations (if they are multi-store installations) are covered by a single license, provided you are the sole owner and profiter of all stores. If you receive any type of revenue from someone else for a store, you must purchase a license for that store. Our extensions are provided for the default installation (theme) of OpenCart. No guarantee is provided that it will work with other customizations you have made.  We retain all rights to our work.
 

6. Refunds

Refunds will be considered, if the product fails to work or does not work as advertised, provided that it was properly installed and checked by our support department. To further guarantee customer's satisfaction or in case of obstacles, our support team, requires a limited time access to customer's store front and FTP credentials. In this way we guarantee that the product is properly installed and we are able to check if its full functionality is as described. If any of our products fails to respond to the above listed criteria and provided that our Support Team has assured that the product is not functioning, in the advertised manner, the customer is issued a refund.
 

7. Support - Free and Paid

Free support includes:
- Answer to your questions before buying the extension or module.
- Answer questions and help with configuration of extensions and modules after buying them.
- Bug fixes

Our reponse time is within 1 working day and max within 2 working days. 

Free support doesn't include:
- Fix all possible conflicts caused by using multiple extension or non default template.
- Installing modules/extensions to your server. (you can use our
Extension Installation Service)
- Installing modules/extensions on Opencart versions which are not supported by the modules/extensions.
- Making the extension/module compatible with your custom theme. (you can use our
Theme Integration Service)


If you need any support the free support does not cover please contact us and we will give you a price for the job depending on your wishes.
